The attention to detail at this hotel is impressive. The rooms are clean, with fresh, thick towels provided in the bathrooms. The beds are really comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff are welcoming and professional, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the tower and various transport stops. The included breakfast, with bacon on the plate, is a great start to the day.

Clean, good value hotel, the location was ideal really close to the beach as well as tram. Everything was perfect, even so a few employees were quite busy. Freshly cooked breakfast, it was included. North Shore district won't disappoint you.
